U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has detained Daniel Mendivil Esquer, a 38-year-old Mexican national, in Dulzura on March 6. Mendivil Esquer is known to have a criminal history involving possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and involvement in criminal street gang activities.
Currently, Mendivil Esquer is being held in ICE custody as he awaits removal proceedings.
