There were 297 Hispanic students enrolled in Vista Del Futuro Charter School District in the 2021-22 school year, 33.2% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Vista Del Futuro Charter School District welcomed 340 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 87.4% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Vista Del Futuro Charter School District roughly covers schools within El Paso County and has a main office in El Paso.

Vista Del Futuro Charter School was the only school in the district which enrolled Hispanic students, welcoming 297 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
