Village of Vinton issued the following announcement on Dec. 9.
The first ever Northwest Lights will feature light displays, music, Santa, mascots, and winter holiday decorations. They will also be giving out safe goodie bags with information about school programs and treats for the kids. Cars will be limited to a maximum of 5 people and they must be from the same household. Masks are required.
The event is scheduled to take place Wednesday December 16, from 5 PM - 7 PM.
