Residents Invited to Provide Feedback at Open House Events
El Paso, Texas—The City of El Paso has begun the selection process for the City Manager position.
The City is preparing to open a national search, which will include the opportunity for local leadership to apply.
In preparation for the search, the City hired a national recruitment firm, Baker Tilly, which will meet with the Mayor and Council members and the public to get a strong foundation on the type of candidates the City should be looking for before hiring the permanent City Manager.
The public is invited to provide their feedback on what are the key characteristics needed to be named City Manager. The community will also be able to learn more about the selection process and next steps.
WHAT: City Manager Community Engagement Open House
WHERE: Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor City Hall, 300 N. Campbell
WHEN: 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2024 AND 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19
