Graduates earn 56 degrees, certificates from International Business College-El Paso

About 51.8 percent of the 56 degrees and certificates handed out by International Business College-El Paso in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Paso conferred 29 certificates in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in "other" allied health and medical assisting services. Data shows the school gave out 29 certificates in "other" allied health and medical assisting services, followed by 9 associate's degrees in general business administration and management and 8 associate's degrees in criminal justice/law enforcement administration.

The college enrolled 138 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
